COVID-19: Staying with WildLand

We are acutely aware of the need to take precautions as cases of COVID-19 continue to expand. As a responsible hospitality operator, Wildland takes the risks involved with this outbreak very seriously.

It is of course your decision as to whether or not to take out cancellation and the following might information may help you. 

If you are due to stay at a Wildland property and wish to cancel your booking travel as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, then the cancellation policy given to you at the time of booking will apply as normal. Wildland reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel bookings made by some visitors from certain high-risk areas as defined by the World Health Organisation at our discretion. This is for the health and safety of our other guests and our team. In these instances, we will be in touch on an individual basis to come to an amicable arrangement.
