Support the hospitality team with the overall day to day smooth running of Killiehuntly Farmhouse and our holiday cottages at located at Killiehuntly and Glenfeshie Estate.
Assist with the daily service of meals and beverages from breakfast to dinner, be confident working front of house; interacting with guests and be a good host throughout their stay.
Ensure the overall upkeep of the property through good daily housekeeping, laundry assistance and detailing any maintenance issues.
Housekeeping service of guest bedrooms, public rooms and self-catered holiday cottages.
Assist with the arrival and departure of guests, and on checkout, process any outstanding payment balances due through our reservations system.
Become an ambassador for our properties and estates; understanding their individual key features in terms of location, design, and concept. It is what we can offer which sets us apart to other hospitality providers.
Have a warm and friendly manner.
Able to work well as part of small friendly team.
Be a good communicator and have great customer service skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload in a timely manner.
Hold a current valid driving license.
Basic computer skills and experience using reservation systems would be advantageous, though not essential.
Be passionate about the Highlands of Scotland; having first-hand knowledge of the local area would be highly advantageous.
Flexibility of working a combination of mornings and evenings is preferred, however, applications are still welcome from those who can only work during specific hours e.g. only mornings etc.
Applications will also be considered from those who would prefer to work specifically as a Housekeeper or Front of House Assistant as opposed to a combination of both.
