At Lundies, our food is influenced by our Nordic experience and heritage. We are very proud of our cuisine. We use ingredients from Scottish and British producers, fresh herbs and vegetables from Lundies garden, alongside our own foraged ingredients from the forests in and around the village of Tongue. 

 

Key Duties

You will be an important part of the Kitchen and Front of House Team.

Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will contribute to the the daily mise-en-place, service and cleaning of the kitchen.

You will also assist the Front of House team in any duties throughout the day and during breakfast and dinner service.

A young and motivated team player with a lot of passion to learn and progress would be the perfect candidate for this position. 

Become an ambassador for our properties and estates; understanding their individual key features in terms of location, design, and concept. It is what we can offer which sets us apart to other hospitality providers.

 

Personal Attributes

Have a warm and friendly manner.

Able to work well as part of small friendly team.

Be a good communicator and have great customer service skills.

Good attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload in a timely manner.

Be passionate about the Highlands of Scotland; having first-hand knowledge of the local area would be highly advantageous.
