Nights one, two and three

Glenfeshie Lodge

Cairngorms

Your celebration begins in Glenfeshie, a place defined by wide skies, ancient pines and a landscape alive with renewal. It is here that your inner circle can gather before the larger party arrives, offering a rare chance to slow down, reconnect and be fully present with the people who matter most.

Days unfold easily. Walks through the Caledonian forest open to views of the river and the rising flanks of the Cairngorms. Those seeking adventure can hike deeper into the glen or swim in clear mountain pools. Others may prefer to explore the estate at a gentler pace, exploring woodland, discovering wildlife and observing the signs of regeneration.

Evenings carry their own rhythm. Good wine, long conversation, the warmth of the drawing room or dining room — all anchored by the simple pleasure of being together. You may choose to begin each night outdoors by the firepit, raising a glass of local malt whisky to all you hold close.

Nights four, five and six

Aldourie Castle

Loch Ness

Travelling north, the landscape shifts from mountain glen to wooded slopes and water. The grandeur of Aldourie Castle awaits, where more loved ones can join the occasion and the celebration can begin in earnest.

Gather on the lawn for tea and Champagne, the castle at your back and Loch Ness shimmering below. Lunch can be set in the boathouse or the Orangerie within the walled garden – quiet, sunlit places just made for gatherings. Explore your surroundings with a gardener’s tour or take your group onto the water with a memorable cruise on Aldourie’s private boat.

Evenings can take many forms. A formal dinner in the dining room, candlelight reflecting on polished wood; a whisky tasting or a lively ceilidh in one of the castle’s versatile spaces. Aldourie was made for celebrating life’s landmark moments, clasped in the grandeur and extravagance of this iconic Highland Castle, set by Loch Ness.
