Hope Lodge

The vastness of Hope can be experienced as a couple or small group. Book an individual hotel room in Hope Lodge or An Cala cabin, allowing a quiet Highland escape where comfort, endless views and thoughtful design fuse with nature.

Hope Lodge will operate as a hotel throughout August, September and October 2026.

Shared spaces

Within Hope Lodge, find shared spaces that are stylishly furnished and angled to nature. Gather around the sun-lit conservatory table for mealtimes, settle down for a night in The Den with sweeping views of Sutherland and find joy in cosy nooks that feel like home.

Dochas Room

Dochas is a large room, with a corner bay window overlooking Loch Hope, and beyond to the mountains. The room enjoys a king-size four poster bed, separate closet and dressing area and bathroom with double vanity, freestanding bath and separate shower.

Saorsa Room

Saorsa, meaning freedom in Gaelic, is a large room offering views of the loch, surrounding hills and the North Sea from the balcony. The room has a king size bed, separate dressing area, and bathroom with double vanity, freestanding bath and separate shower.

Failte Room

Failte, meaning welcome, offers views of Loch Hope, and the River Hope. The room can be presented as a double or a twin. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower, with separate closet and dressing area.

Solas Room

Solas, meaning light, has views across Loch Hope to the hills beyond. Available as a king size bedded room, or as twin beds. The bathroom has a shower over bath.

Breagha Room

Positioned at the rear of the Lodge, Breagha (meaning beauty) is a large room with king-size four poster bed. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity, and shower over bath.

An Cala

An Cala enjoys total privacy, situated a few steps from the main lodge. A design masterpiece, constructed of wood, metal and glass – An Cala has a private living and dining room, a kitchen for drinks and snacks and two bedrooms with sliding glass doors that open to the forest. Each room has a large, open plan en-suite with bath, shower and double vanity. One bedroom offers an additional cosy mezzanine with twin beds. Outdoors, there is a private terrace with firepit and seating, and a wood-fired hot-tub.

Luna Room

Luna is the cosiest room in the Lodge. Lined in antique Scots pine, the room offers twin beds and an ensuite shower room.

Eirigh Room

Eirigh enjoys the morning sun, positioned at the rear of the lodge. The pretty room has a small double bed, and is the lodge’s fully accessible room (it’s located close to the lift). The ensuite shower room is also fully accessible.
