Set on the banks of the winding River Feshie, this cottage sits at the heart of Glenfeshie Estate. Coire Domhain is a welcoming, spacious self-catering cottage that comfortably sleeps 10.

With beautiful views of the surrounding Scots pines and mountains, Coire Domhain offers the perfect setting for outdoor adventures or a relaxing family holiday in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park.

Your Space

The cottage comfortably accommodates ten guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms: one cosy twin room and four inviting double rooms, each reflecting the charm and warmth of the Highland setting. The living room, with its open fire and views down the glen, provides a warm and inviting space for gathering, while the dining area is perfect for shared meals and moments together.

Our Food

The dining room offers a gentle, welcoming space to gather and share unhurried meals. Outside, the barbecue area opens to the landscape, inviting simple cooking and quiet moments in the fresh Highland air.

This self catering cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space with a circular table, ideal for sharing a meal around. The cottage also have all the tools needed for a barbecue while enjoying the views.

From traditional Scottish pubs and organic breweries, to farm shops and fine-dining restaurants, find a diverse range of food & drink options close by if you don’t feel like cooking.

Welcome to the Cairngorms National Park, Scotland’s adventure hub, featuring a rich landscape of mountains, wild forests and tranquil wetlands. Nestled on the banks of the beautiful River Feshie, Coire Domhain provides a serene retreat for endless outdoor activities, local cuisine and a rich cultural heritage.

Immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings, exploring the park through forest walks, hill hikes, wildlife watching, river dips, and star gazing.

From mediaeval castles to local art galleries, Gaelic traditions thrive alongside modern Scottish culture in the Highlands.

Our onsite team will be delighted to provide recommendations of local walks, bike routes and wild swimming spots.

Cottage Details +

Coire Domhain Cottage accommodates ten guests, featuring one cosy twin bedroom and four double bedrooms. It includes a private ensuite shower room, two shared bathrooms with bathtubs and overhead showers, and an additional WC

 

There is a large sitting room  with open fire and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen with an AGA stove. Outdoors there is private garden with furniture and views of Glenfeshie, and a private driveway with parking.

What amenities are offered at Coire Domhain? +

In the cottage you’ll find:

 

Plenty of logs, firelights, kindling and matches.

 

Basic kitchen provisions of toilet paper, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and soap will be in your cottage for arrival as well as some larder provisions to get you started – tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam, yoghurt, oil, salt and pepper – plus a BBQ for outdoor cooking. There is a coffee machine with coffee pods.

 

All bedlinen and towels are included, plus rather lovely toiletries including shower wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

 

There is a utility room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board – plus laundry detergent. The kitchen has a dishwasher.

 

Cots are available on request for wee ones.

 

E-bikes are also available to hire on request.

Booking Details & Costs +

The cottage costs from £610 per night, with a minimum stay of three nights on a self-catering basis.

This cottage is Dog Friendly – please do let us know if you plan on bringing your dog.

 

You can enjoy your cottage from 4pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask that you depart by 10am on your final day.
