Glenfeshie Lodge

Glenfeshie is a living landscape, a place once blighted by deforestation, now repairing itself at a rapid pace. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to take Glenfeshie’s historic lodge for your exclusive use – a place for celebration, sharing and adventure.

“With every turn you take on the road to the lodge, you leave behind whatever you were doing a short while ago. The grandness of the glen with its wide Feshie River captivates the senses and stills the soul. Light and shade shifts as if highlighting one beautiful spot after the other which Mother Nature proudly wants you to see. You’re home.
Stay

Our Rooms

Glenfeshie Lodge comfortably sleeps up to 10 people across 5 bedrooms. For families, there are a further 2 children’s bedrooms. The private lodge, which dates back to the 1880s, presents itself at the most scenic location imaginable. Its situation is no accident, overlooking the mountains at the far end of the glen and the River Feshie streaming by below, to the green ancient woodlands surrounding the lodge.

Entering through the main door, you’ll be greeted by a large hallway that leads to a fantastic historic dining room, a spacious tartan living room with a large stone fireplace, both overlooking the breathtaking glen. Upstairs, historic bedrooms await.

Our Food

In the fully-catered lodge our skilled chef will cook delicious food from the best possible ingredients. Breakfast, a light lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, all tailored to you.

Alternatively, opt to go out for a day on a pony picnic that will take you to some of the most beautiful locations and stunning view points in the Highlands.

Things to do

Here, in amongst the trees and the little nooks, you can breathe deeply – perhaps for the first time in a long while – and leave the rush of the outside world behind. Imagine being surrounded by beauty and wildlife. Hiking in the hills, freewheeling down a dirt track, swimming in an icy river, gazing up at the sky as a bird of prey soars high above – this is what freedom feels like.

At Glenfeshie Lodge

Set out into the Glenfeshie landscape with experiences that bring you closer to the wild. From Highland pony picnics and guided hikes to fishing clear rivers, wild swimming and 4×4 journeys through the glen, each activity reveals a different rhythm of this restored place. Whether on foot, bike or water, these moments offer a gentle, memorable connection to the land and its ongoing renewal.
